We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baby and Child Caregiver to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities:

Infant Care (0-12 months):

• Feeding: Prepare and feed breast milk/formula, introduce solid foods as appropriate.
• Diapering: Regular diaper changes and maintaining hygiene.
• Sleep: Establish and maintain a sleep routine, and ensure safe sleep practices.
• Bathing: Provide regular baths and maintain skin hygiene.

Toddler and Young Child Care (1-up to school age):

• Feeding: Prepare balanced meals and snacks, and encourage healthy eating habits.
• Toileting: Assist with potty training and promoting independence.
• Sleep: Maintain a consistent bedtime routine.
• Hygiene: Teach and supervise basic hygiene practices, such as handwashing and brushing teeth.

Emotional and Social Development:

• Bonding: Create a nurturing and affectionate environment.
• Communication: Engage in talking, reading, and singing to develop language skills.
• Social Interaction: Facilitate playdates and social activities with peers.
• Behavior Guidance: Implement positive behavior management techniques.

Cognitive and Physical Development:

• Play and Learning: Provide age-appropriate toys and activities to stimulate development.
• Physical Activity: Encourage regular physical exercise through play and outdoor activities.
• Education: Support early learning through reading, educational games, and activities.

Safety:

• Supervision: Maintain constant supervision to ensure the safety of the children.
• Childproofing: Ensure the home environment is safe and secure.

Routine and Consistency:

• Daily Schedule: Establish and maintain a predictable routine for meals, naps, playtime, and bedtime.
• Consistency in Care: Ensure consistent care practices in collaboration with parents and other caregivers.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Household Tasks: Assist with light housekeeping related to child care, such as cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and doing the children's laundry.
• Parental Support: Communicate regularly with parents about the children's progress and any concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
