Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, solution design, project management, and product management, especially within an agile environment. This role will be crucial in gathering and documenting requirements, managing development and QA resources in time-boxed sprints, and collaborating with the product owner to refine our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and translate business needs into technical requirements. Maintain clear and concise documentation for development and QA teams.

Solution Design

Map system flows and collaborate with designers to create user-friendly solutions that enhance UX for our customers. Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize systems to align with business objectives. Ensure solution designs are aligned with overall business strategy and technical architecture.

Project Management

Manage development and QA resources within 2-week sprints, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive successful sprint execution. Provide clarity and support to the development team, removing roadblocks and ensuring clear communication.

Product Management

Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine the product backlog and align on the product roadmap. Ensure that the development team continuously delivers on product commitments by maintaining an up-to-date and prioritized backlog. Work with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement in the product.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar role in an agile environment. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). Ability to design and map system flows, with a keen focus on delivering user-centric solutions. Experience managing development and QA teams in time-boxed sprints. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and designers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Familiarity with project management and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO, or similar). Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. Background in UX/UI design or experience collaborating closely with UX/UI teams.
