• •Define and implement all strategies to develop the business and achieve the company's sales objectives.•
• •Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for B2C and B2B segments and expand our customer base.•
• •Analyze sales performance by studying reports and identifying factors influencing sales.•
• •Train and evaluate team members to ensure that set objectives are achieved.•
• •Contribute to the development of the business incentive structure and key performance indicators to ensure effective monitoring of objectives.•
• •Maintain accurate records of leads, pricing, sales and activities.•
• •Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product teams.•
• •Oversee the recruitment of the sales team and create training programs for new and existing sales department employees.•
• •Establish and strengthen partnerships and relationships with key customers, both internally and externally.•
• •Serve as an example to team members in terms of commitment, business operations, ethical work, and personal character.•
• •Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.•
#### •Job Experience •
• •Proven experience as a sales executive or sales manager, with proven results.•
• •Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.•
• •Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.•
• •Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data to support hypotheses, recommendations and actions.•
• •Ability to problem solve, manage deadlines, pay attention to detail and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.•
• •Proven experience in managing the complete sales process from planning to closing.•
• •Demonstrated ability to articulate distinctive aspects of products and services.•
