Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Travel Sales at Trans Tour Travel & Tourism in Dubai. The B2B Travel Sales will be responsible for opening and managing client accounts, coordinating travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The B2B Travel Sales will collaborate with various departments to meet client needs and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations.
• Proven experience in travel sales and managing client accounts.
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS and relevant software.
• Knowledge and experience in tenders is highly preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Business, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
