Job Summary: The selected candidate will primarily focus on increasing sales mainly through new business as well as increasing existing sales channels. She will be responsible for promoting and increasing the reach of our products in both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a good understanding of the consumer product industry. Experience in the child / baby product industry will be an added advantage. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers and actively participating in trade and consumer events to drive sales growth locally and globally.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in designated local and international markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and other sales channels.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in different countries.
• Attend local exhibitions, trade and consumer events to promote Safehead products and develop new business relationships.
• Negotiate and close agreements with clients by maintaining profitable margins.
• Provide customers with product information, presentations and demonstrations, adapting sales techniques based on the cultural context and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing activities to develop sales collateral tailored for international and local audiences.
• Provide feedback from international and local markets to product development teams to ensure Safehead products meet local regulations and consumer preferences.
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics, offering insights into sales trends and potential for growth in new markets and within the local region.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or related fields
• 2+ years of proven experience in sales, ideally with a focus on international markets & B2B Sales
• Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills
• Fluency in English is a must with good communication - oral and written

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to adapt and grow in any kind of environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with additional sales tools is a plus.
Salary plus commissions based on targets
Must be on Husband's or Father's visa
Probation period will be 3 months with a performance review in 6 months and salary increase based on accomplishments.
Office is conveniently located near Burjuman metro station, Dubai.
