We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us expand our business relationships with corporate clients, schools, fitness centers, and other sports organizations.
Job Overview
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships with corporate clients, sporting teams, schools, fitness centers, and other organizations requiring sporting equipment and apparel. Your role will be key to driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions based on their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and Generate Leads
: Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking within the sports industry.
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Presentations
: Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services tailored to their needs.
Negotiate Contracts
: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with businesses, aiming to close deals while maintaining company profitability.
Product Knowledge
: Maintain a deep understanding of the products we sell, including sporting goods, equipment, apparel, and accessories, to effectively consult with clients.
Sales Targets
: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Account Management
: Manage accounts post-sale, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Market Research
: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to offer clients the best solutions.
Reporting
: Regularly update sales records, pipeline status, and customer activity in CRM systems to provide accurate reporting for senior management.
Collaboration
: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
Trade Shows & Events
: Represent Cosmos Sports LLC at trade shows, expos, and networking events to showcase products and build connections.
Customer Education
: Provide product training and information to business clients to ensure they understand the full capabilities of the equipment and gear they are purchasing.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in sports retail or a related industry.
Strong understanding of the sports equipment and apparel market.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
A passion for sports and understanding of sports products is a plus.
