Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
Identify and approach potential corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and businesses for partnership opportunities.
Develop sales strategies to increase bookings for
escape rooms
and bulk orders for the
flower shop
.
Conduct business meetings, pitch presentations, and negotiate deals to secure long-term collaborations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding market reach.
Marketing & Promotion:
Create and execute marketing campaigns tailored for corporate clients, group bookings, and special events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to increase brand exposure.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Develop partnerships with influencers, brands, and companies to co-promote services.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
B2B sales, business development, or marketing
, preferably in
entertainment, hospitality, or retail industries
.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.
Experience in marketing, event planning, or brand promotions is a plus.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and lead generation.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel and attend networking events as needed.
