Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our high-end product line, including mattresses, sofas, and massage chairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding business relationships with major retail store chains such as Home Centre, Homes R Us, Danube, and others, as well as cultivating B2B customers in the Gulf region, including hotels and retail dealers.
Responsibilities:
Retail Chain Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong partnerships with major retail store chains, ensuring a consistent
presence and premium product placement.
Collaborate with retail buyers to understand market trends and align product offerings with consumer preferences.
B2B Customer Development:
Identify and target B2B opportunities in the Gulf region, particularly with hotels, resorts, and commercial projects.
Develop tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of B2B clients, offering our high-end mattresses, sofas, and massage chairs.
Retail Dealer Network Expansion:
Expand and manage relationships with retail dealers, providing training and support to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Implement strategies to increase the distribution network for our premium product line.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine the sales approach.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with retail store chains, hotels, and retail dealers.
Ensure mutually beneficial terms while focusing on building long-term partnerships.
Market Research and Expansion:
Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for market expansion.
Evaluate potential growth areas within the Gulf region and formulate effective market entry strategies.
Sales Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development
activities.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management within the high-end furniture industry.
Strong network and relationships with key players in retail store chains, hotels, and retail dealers in the Gulf region.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
