B2B Sales Manager - Audit & Business Services

B2B Sales Manager

to drive business development efforts and expand our corporate client base. The ideal candidate should have a

strong network, excellent sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the financial and business services landscape in the UAE.



Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement

strategic sales plans to drive B2B revenue growth.

Identify and target

potential clients, including corporate, SMEs, and investors, for our audit, accounting, tax, and business setup services.

Generate and manage leads

through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Build and maintain relationships

with key decision-makers, including CFOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners.

Present and pitch

our services effectively to clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.

Negotiate contracts and close deals,

ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with the marketing team

to create targeted campaigns and generate high-quality leads.

Stay updated on market trends,

competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights.

Work closely with internal teams

(audit, tax, and compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain accurate sales reports,

pipelines, and forecasts.

Key Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in B2B sales

(preferably in audit, accounting, business consultancy, or financial services).

Strong understanding of corporate finance, taxation, business setup, and compliance services in the UAE.

Excellent lead generation and networking abilities

with an existing corporate client base preferred.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-driven mindset

with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies

independently.

Knowledge of UAE business regulations, Golden Visa processes, and banking procedures

is a plus.

Background in working with C-level executives, investors, and business owners.

Familiarity with CRM tools

for sales tracking and reporting.

UAE driving license is required.
