Job Summary
We aim to find customers in the UAE and other countries for products from Iran, Armenia, Russia, and beyond, and successfully close deals.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to oversee and grow our wholesale sales operations. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
•Candidate who are available in UAE, has a valid UAE driver's license and are able to join immediately will be preferred. •
• Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's B2B wholesale customer base.
• Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching markets, attending trade shows, and leveraging professional networks.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key wholesale clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Team Management: Oversee and mentor the sales team to ensure productivity and alignment with company goals.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and offerings.
• Sales Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate terms and close sales deals with professionalism, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies.
• Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Experience and complete mastery of major imports and exports
• Complete computer proficiency
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wholesale or a related industry.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve client concerns effectively.
• Self-Motivation: A proactive and goal-oriented approach to driving results.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with wholesale industry trends, logistics, and pricing models.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team
