We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our IT company specializing in ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a specific focus on increasing closing ratios and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that directly contribute to the company's bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

:

Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing ERP software deals with businesses. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's ERP solutions and tailor pitches to client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, such as CFOs, CIOs, and other executives, to promote ERP products and services. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and ROI of our ERP solutions. Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reporting to management. Identify and engage in new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events. Negotiate contract terms and agreements to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to offer strategic insights.

Qualifications

:

Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or ERP software solutions. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their business applications across various industries. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Experience in working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Strong business acumen, with a strategic mindset toward sales growth and relationship building. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Prior experience in selling ERP or enterprise software solutions. Familiarity with industries such as manufacturing, retail, or supply chain that commonly utilize ERP systems. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
