As a B2B salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets. Duties will include prospecting, networking and presenting to potential customers. In order to be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a sales role and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills. B2B salespeople are responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish when selling products or services to other businesses. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management. Principal duties and responsibilities:
Achieve forecasted sales goals
Proposing sales and marketing strategies
Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
Maintaining ongoing account management
On-board customers and keep the communication alive
Be able to properly demonstrate and propose the product
Weekly reporting for all the locations covered and clients list visited
Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
Reaching out to prospects through calls or emails to assess their needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and needed
Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives
Researching the target industry and identify new business opportunities
Direct contact with customer Developing relationships with potential customers
Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings
Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value
Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads
Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain a relationship
Managing all B2B selling operations and activities within a particular territory or zone or industry
Conducting product demos with the potential customer to convert and handling questions and concerns
Requirements:
Persian / Irani Language Speaker is a must, Willing to travel
Proven track-record of closing short to mid-cycle B2B sales;
Ability to navigate basics of office suite (word/outlook/excel);
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline;
Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature;
Minimum 2 years B2B combined inside and outside sales experience;
Ability to work independently, manage one\'s own time and in a team setting;
Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
Bachelor\'s degree in business, sales, or related field is preferred or equivalent experience
Strong verbal communication, relationship-building, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations;
