Position Summary
Market trend analysis, development of product communication strategy and digital services strategy and ad agency coordination, plan and execute seasonal marketing activities.



Strong Media planning is Key, understanding of different mediums such as Offline, Online/ Social and PR is a mandate.



Working with cross functional teams, managing people and managing markets would be one of the main responsibilities of this role.
Role and Responsibilities• Plan, create and operate of marketing contents about integrated B2B offerings
• Produce and distribute branding and design guidelines
• Create video clips, catalogues and event-related contents
• Manage and operate digital channels
• Plan and create digital specific brand contents
• Internal and external digital marketing communication
• Plan and manage the execution of campaigns on operated platforms
• Lead execution of all cross category marketing, acquisition and retention activities
• Ensure world class execution, on-time and on-budget
• Planning and execution of media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
• Communicate & consult local markets on regional plans.
• Good understanding of event management to oversee Major events such as regional events.
• Strong understanding of MENA consumer markets and media consumption.
• Provide input into solution requirements and go-to-market plans
• Ensure full leverage of the power of digital for customer acquisition across the business and across all platforms
• Close cooperation with all verticals and the rest of the Marketing team and the subsidiaries in the region


Skills and Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and preferably MBA
• Min of 7 years of experience in marketing and/or brand management within a Consulting Firm
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English
• Ability to drive and lead regional projects in matrix organizations.
• A passion for digital entertainment & media and consumer behavior
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work under tight deadline, balance a strong sense of urgency and achievement
• Team-player who possesses good people skills and works collaboratively with the internal & external stakeholders
• Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Must be system oriented as well as computer literate and Advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to effectively present information to top management
