This role will drive Logitech's business and growth within current and potential T1 & T2 partners, working with and influencing the key decision makers in growing of share of wallet across all Product categories - Video Collaboration and Personal Workspace.The B2B Channel Manager for GCC is responsible for and not limited to:- Train and assist channel partners to ensure they are well-versed in our products or services and can effectively promote and sell them. - Discover new channel partners and assess their potential to contribute to our sales objectives and market penetration. - Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure consistency and efficiency of channel strategies. - Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats. - Oversee partner contracts, agreements, and rewards to ensure adherence and optimize partner satisfaction and performance. - Measure and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue goals, partner sales results, and market trends. - Update and present to senior management on channel partner operations, outcomes, and growth prospects.Your contribution:Be Yourself. In this role you will:- Establish and sustain robust relationships with channel partners, such as Distributors (T1), Channel partners (T2) and other Key stakeholders - Work with T2 Managed partners to create and execute Joint Business Plans and guide/enable T2 partners in achieving their LEAP targets - Track DCS (Direct customer Sales) performance of each T1s & T2s and be accountable for overall Territory DCS achievement - Conduct quality QBRs & MBRs with T1s & T2s. Evaluate and provide feedback on performance and suggest areas for improvement, review and track progress of the state of business of each T1 & T2 - Report any/all Parallel trading instances to Category and finance teams and take timely action - Work closely with KAMs and support them in qualifying the Pipeline and ensure appropriate channel partner is mapped for relevant end-user accounts - Work with Marketing team to device activities and events to leverage NPI announcements, incentivize Channel partners to generate demand and boost salesKey Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:- Minimum 8 Years experience managing Distribution and Channel Landscape in Middle East - Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree, Preferred to have an MBA degree or equivalent qualification - An outgoing, personable and organized person with a strong will to succeed - Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills in English - An outgoing, personable and organized person with a strong will to succeed. - Results driven and discerning with regards to priorities. - Posses solid business acumen and the ability to present and negotiate as well as build rapport with customers and partners - Deep knowledge of current trends and sales practices in the Unified Communications and Collaborations industry - Strong work ethic and commitment to integrityAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
