At Doleep Studios, a leading name in Content Creation, Advertising, and Events in the UAE, we're on the lookout for a Client Relations Associate to join our energetic, innovative team! This role is all about connecting with clients, building lasting relationships, and guiding projects to success in a fast-paced, creative environment.

: As our Client Relations Associate, you'll be the go-to person for new and existing clients, ensuring their journey with us--from first interaction to project completion--is smooth and successful.

Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted advisor to our clients, managing relationships and guiding projects from start to finish.
• Understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions from our wide range of services.
• Create compelling proposals and budget estimates that align with client goals.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships, exceeding client expectations every step of the way.
• Support business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate agreements, maintain accurate records, and manage client data with care.
• Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
• Provide post-project support, adding value beyond the sale to encourage repeat business.
• Report client insights and market opportunities to management to shape future projects and services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Client Success, B2B consulting, or marketing role in the UAE.
• Strong written and spoken English, excellent negotiation abilities, and top-notch interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Google Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) and CRM practices.
• Familiarity with modern corporate project practices, such as quotation, purchase order, invoicing and other client documents..
• Mastery over time management and a keen sense of organization.
• BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing.
• A valid UAE driving license will be considered an advantage.
