We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our Azure DevOps environment, ensuring smooth and efficient software development and deployment processes. The role requires a deep understanding of Azure DevOps services, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage and enhance our continuous integration and delivery pipelines

Responsibilities
Azure DevOps Environment Management:
Set up, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps organizations, projects, and repositories.
Manage user access, security, and permissions within Azure DevOps.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure DevOps services.

Build and Release Management:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for different projects and applications.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline the build and release processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to builds and deployments.

Source Code Repository:
Administer source code repositories, including branching, merging, and code reviews.
Implement and enforce branching strategies in collaboration with development teams.
Ensure the integrity and security of source code repositories.

Integration with Development Tools:
Integrate Azure DevOps with other development tools, such as IDEs and version control systems.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration with preferred development tools.

Automation and Scripting:
Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and processes.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.

Monitoring and Reporting:
Set up monitoring tools to track the health and performance of Azure DevOps services.
Generate reports and metrics to assess the efficiency of CI/CD processes.

Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide DevOps solutions.
Conduct training sessions for development and operations teams on best practices and new features.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Azure DevOps Administrator.
Proficient in configuring and managing Azure DevOps organizations, projects, and repositories.
Strong experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
In-depth knowledge of source code management, branching strategies, and code review processes.
Expertise in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or other relevant technologies.
Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Azure DevOps certification(s) is a plus.
