Engage with existing and potential customers through seminars, workshops, webinars, direct outreach (personal campaigns within the assigned portfolio), and internal sources (e.g., Marketing) to discuss, promote, and test concepts. Demonstrate how various workloads can drive transformation aligned with their industry and business needs.
Develop customer solution designs, translate them into customer proposals, and create budgetary pricing for the required solutions.
Collaborate with customer teams to design application solutions based on Microsoft Azure, transition workloads to Microsoft Azure, or implement application modernization strategies within Microsoft Azure environments.
Work closely with account and customer success teams to:
Identify, qualify, and track new opportunities focused on recurring service revenue growth.
Assess customer business needs and technology readiness, contributing to the development of prioritized solutions aligned with those needs. This includes preparing solution architectures, statements of work (SOWs), and time/cost/pricing estimates.
Develop strategies and actions to accelerate the closure of prioritized opportunities.
Drive innovation by actively participating in product and service development, including R&D efforts. Serve as a product owner or provide support to other product owners as needed.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in the following areas:
3-5+ years of relevant expertise in one or more of the following areas: technical presales, post-sales consulting, or IT application implementation/management in a customer or enterprise environment.
Passion for innovation and product development.
Experience in developing and executing solution strategies within the opportunity lifecycle.
In-depth understanding of cloud and hosting technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, with the ability to translate business requirements into standardized solutions that guide customers through their cloud journey.
Strong collaboration skills with technical pursuit teams to design cloud-based customer solutions.
Proven ability to engage with customers and stakeholders in presales or consulting roles related to business applications workloads.
Track record of demonstrating differentiated solution value and competitive advantage.
Experience delivering customer-facing technical workload demonstrations to enterprise decision-makers.
