Poultry Sales Manager - AED 15,000 – 25,000
Asst. Sales Manager - 8,000 – 10,000

Job Role -
• Create, develop and execute sales business plan to ensure maximum business growth.
Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.
• Responsible for B2B sales with high volume customers aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to present company products and technical information to prospect and current clients
• Handle the initial introduction, contract negotiation and on-going management of the account
• Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.
• Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs.
• Follow up on payments for accounts handled
 
Job Requirement-
 
• Bachelor’s degree or degree related to Animal Science, Poultry Science preferred
• Min. 7 – 10 years of experience with sales, product management and/or marketing with poultry species - (Fresh eggs, Fresh Chickens and organic Eggs)
• Deep understanding of industry and poultry market, in-depth know-how about products and/or application (Chicken management, Layer or broiler management)
• Must have experience working within meat or poultry, with a proven track record of high volume sales.
• Experience with developing and executing account strategies and managing local distribution partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation, planning and organizational skills
• Must have valid UAE driving license
