Job Location – Abu Dhabi
Salary – AED 10,000 – 18,000
Job Requirements -
• Degree in business management, marketing or related field.
• Proficient in Arabic and English communication
• 5-7 years of UAE experience in Business Development with Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
• Must have a strong background in delivering toward revenue targets.
• Strong Proposal writing skills with Experience of preparing Bids, RFT/RFP’s
• Must be familiar and should have hands on experience with UAE market
• Should be Familiar with CRM systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Job Role -
• Responsible to build new business for manpower/ outsourcing business unit.
• Writing Proposals, Bids, RFT/RFP
• Open business development dialogs with strategic customers, targeting both government and semi government entities.
• Manage existing portfolio of strategic client accounts
• Financial planning, marketing, strategy development and implementation
• Responsible for generating leads and ensuring sales targets are met.
• Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business, and to market company’s end-to-end solutions.
