Looking to hire experienced Retail Sales Executive with FMCG background
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 6000 - 8000 + other benefits
 
Job Role –
• Must be fully capable of establishing new business accounts and generate revenue for the company.
• Achieve growth and sales targets successfully.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Ability to formulate and execute a sales plan is required.
• Excellent retail market know-how is required.
• Manage retail accounts and deal with issues related to stock, merchandising materials and distribution.
• Assist with new product launches.
• Prepare management reports based on retailer information and maintain an accurate and updated CRM system
 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related certification
• At least 5 - 7  years of UAE experience in the FMCG industry
• Presentable personality and excellent communication skills
• Must be well-networked with the decision maker level connections and having go-getter personality
• UAE driving license is a must
