Quality Assurance Manager
Job Description
Looking to hire experienced Quality Assurance Manager having Fish/Meat industry experience.
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 5000 - 7000
Responsibilities and Duties
• Inspect raw materials, production process and finished goods for quality consistency and integrity
• Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
• Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
• Manage the quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required training and skills
• Create an effective and efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines
• Manage all quality audits from local authorities as well customers.
Qualifications and skills
• A Degree in Food Science / Micro Biology / Food Engineering years of quality control experience in Sea food or meat processing environment.
• Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others .
• Industry certification is a plus (HACCP)
