Job Role –
• Manage chairman’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments, reallocation as necessary, making travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).
• Process chairman’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
• Maintain chairman’s office systems, including data management and filing.
• Maintain records of chairman’s contacts.
Job Qualifications and Experience-
• 3+ years of experience as Personal Assistant
• Any Graduate
• Good communication and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
