Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 3000 - 4000 + Accommodation + Transportation + OT
Job Role
• Manage the maintenance department in an effective and achievable way.
• Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems
• Regularly visit all the work sites, elevators, electrical wiring, and the general state of the buildings to submit a comprehensive report about the general condition and maintenance needs to done.
• Check all maintenance programs internally or with subcontracts are done as scheduled.
• Supervise all work done by technical staff or sub-contractors and are in according to specifications
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipments.
Experience & Requirements-
• Should have valid UAE Driving license
• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
