Job Role-
• Ability to perform routine administrative works.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with other executives to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Job Qualifications and Experience-
• Any Graduate
• Computer literate (MS WORD, Excel, Publisher & Outlook)
• Knowledge in photo editing and video editing using Adobe Photoshop & Power Director or other editing apps will be preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
