Job Location – Dubai
Salary - AED 6000 - 7000 + Other Benefits
 
Job Role-
•Ensure that all shipping documents and functions are completed accurately and on time.
•Responsible and accountable for preparing checklist delivery notes clearance requests advance payments for market trucks
•Responsible and accountable for preparing truck consignment notes whenever required for loading and billing purposes
•Responsible and accountable for preparing truck waybill manifest SILA clearance request for bonded and some non-bonded shipments
•Responsible and accountable for preparing the SAMSA truck airway bill for all KFIA shipments
•Responsible and accountable for verifying the shipping documents from the customer before handing over to dispatcher
•Responsible for ensuring that the dispatcher signs on the complete set of shipping documents and the driver gets it signed from the clearing agent at the destination
•Responsible and accountable for preparing pre-alert documents of all dispatched shipments for customer service team
•Responsible and accountable for updating custom seal numbers manifest numbers truck airway bill numbers in Oracle system
•Responsible for doing any other related logistics functions as requested or required
 
Job Qualifications and Experience-
•Min. 3-5 years of work experience in the same field
•Should know to speak and type English and Arabic
•Must have a valid UAE driving license.
