A Leading Catering company is looking to hire experienced Catering Supervisor
Job Location – Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Salary – AED 2500 - 4000 + Accommodation + Transportation + Food
Gender - Male
Industry – Catering / F&B
Job Role –
• Make sure stock and staff are maintained in based on the needs of the company
• To supervise and monitor Safety and hygiene Standards of the Unit.
Oversee staff during all aspects of catered events to ensure high quality service standards and presentations
• Ensure food and storage and preparation areas are properly protected from risk of contamination by pests
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in food packing
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in food packing
• Inspect work and investigate complaints regarding services and equipment and take corrective action
• Ensures that common areas including conference rooms, lobby and waiting areas are clean and free of trash and debris.
Job Qualifications and Experience-
• Min 5+ yrs of experience in Industrial Catering preferably.
• Graduate / Specialized Courses related to Hotel / Catering Management
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point Presentation
• Excellent in English communication
