A leading FMCG company is looking to experienced Asst. Manager/ Production Manager
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 10,000 – 14,000
 
Job Role –
• Ensure that carefully made products are available to service customer deliveries in line with the sales plan for retail, Horeca and export sales lines
• Ensure that the production floor operates in line with the product costings and produce better yield rates for the product segments. Strict adherence with the production budget.
• To ensure that the machinery on the factory floor are operative with minimum/ no breakdowns and ensure that the maximum efficiency is drawn from machine running time
• To do new product developments to cater the current and evolving market demands and present the same to the sales team for market penetrations.
• To ensure that raw material usage is efficient and that better yields are made because of Proper supervision of the supervisors, production team leaders and factory staff.
• Ensure that the Production floor is maintained in line with proper local regulatory requirements; Dubai Municipality.
• Ensure that the production floor and factory is in line with the HACCP requirements
• To ensure adherence to HSE procedures.
• Setting of product quality standards to produce better quality products and to support SCM for carefully selecting materials.
 
 
Job Qualifications and Experience-
• Min 10-15 years of FMCG experience in the similar /field role.
• Graduate of BS Food Technology, Engineering Mechanical or Industrial, Food Science and/or equivalent
• Must have experience handling larger team
• Should have knowledge in Production and Processing, Administration and Management
• Proficient in MS Office Programs
