Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 4000 - 6000
Job Role-
•Managing records and receipts / Cheques.
•Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
•Processing invoices, Receipts, Remittance and clearance.
•Corresponding with Banks & Dealing with Cash and Bank at transaction level.
•Monthly Bank Reconciliation of all Accounts
•Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
•Post and process data entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Keep track of all inter-company transactions to be billed and processed.
•Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
•Managing and monitoring the collection and banking.
•Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Job Qualifications and Experience-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in Accounts Receivables.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel), Tally or any other accounting software.
