Design and govern the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.Deliver architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency in line with business strategy.Cultivate relationships with internal IT units.Lead a team of solution & application architects and engineers to design high-quality software solutions.Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's technologies and application & infrastructure architectures.Develop and maintain current and future state architectural blueprints up to date.To provide expertise in modelling and organizing information to facilitate the support of projects or information architectures.To help platform teams resolve technical issues and ensure that all parts of the technical design are correctly incorporated.To understand the pattern of technology, change due to business requirements and create a process of reusing existing IT assets, patterns, components and enterprise capabilities.Identify and document the architecture principles, design practices & principles, architecture & design patterns at enterprise level for various platform teams.Identify possible alternatives when any challenges in solution design are encountered.Review team performance and deliverables in line with the approved KPIs to ensure meeting desired objectives.Coach, train and develop team skills by identifying training needs and assigning an appropriate learning platform to the team.Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Ensure that applications design secure, scalable, and performant, meeting both functional and non-functional requirements.Adopt modern architecture practises such as Domain-Event driven architecture, microservices, cloud, devops etc in proposed solution architecture.Competencies/SkillsMinimum of 10-15 years of experience with architecture design and implementing solutions in a bank.
