• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of the company\'s performance and support the IR team in the quarterly earnings process leveraging Power BI and Excel and manipulating data from various sources. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making and communicate findings to the Investor Relations team.

• Investor Communication Support: Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, conference materials, and other communication materials for financial updates and events. Ensure accuracy and clarity in financial data and presentations.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics. Provide relevant insights and analysis to support the Investor Relations team in positioning the company\'s financial performance within the broader market context.

• Investor Relations Support: Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to respond to investor inquiries, gather relevant financial information, and coordinate information dissemination.

• Compliance and Disclosure: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements and regulations. Support the team in preparing and filing necessary reports with regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must. Experience in data visualization and creating interactive dashboards is essential.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on financial analysis and reporting.

• Good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
