A prominent asset management firm in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and experienced AVP, Investment Operations to join their team. About the AVP, Investment Operations role: You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth running of the bank\'s asset management business. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper governance and independent review of trading activities.
- Manage trade reconciliation between internal systems and external platforms.
- Monitors daily trading activity and reports any breaches to compliance.
- Manages the investment governance framework for all funds at the firm.
- Handles recording, analysis, notification, and processing of corporate actions for all securities in the firm.
- Oversee reference data setup in the portfolio management system for accurate asset valuation.
Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of banking operations experience, preferably in asset or wealth management
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or related field
- Strong understanding of capital markets and knowledge about DFSA regulations
- Knowledge of asset management functions with specific experience in Middle Office
