• The Candidate would be working as a Analytical professional in Finance Transformation & Business strategy team under group finance and will be responsible for effective delivery of projects and possess technical expertise in data analytics, insights & reporting.
• Developing Specific, customized reports / Data visualization, adhoc analysis by involving directly in the technical build out / Support of Databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools etc through data compilation & data mining from multiple, cross business sources.
• Using data modelling techniques to bring cohesion to unstructured and semi -structured data.
• Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies.
• Applies knowledge of business, customers, and/or products/services/portfolios to synthesize data to \'form a story\' and align information to contrast/compared to industry perspective.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Generic Accountability

• Collecting Strategic data & designing, engineering & documenting complex data infrastructures.
• Devising & coding novel algorithms from scratch, to help manage the data analytics & machine learning process.
• Must have consultative skills to have the ability to rationalize business need and solution design from business requirements.
• Interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management.
• Handling end-to-end analytical projects starting from problem structuring, solution design, deep-dive, research and final outcome delivery.

Specific Accountability

• Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities.
• Identify and define business requirements and translate data and business needs into research and recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Clearly understand and articulate business requirements by leveraging domain understanding of line of business & product/ function and deliver the results underlining the business problem and appropriate business decision levers.
• Lead & participate in all cross-group projects including design and implementation of database structures, analytics software, storage, and processing.
• Perform analysis, build hypothesis, draw conclusions and communicate clear, actionable recommendation to business leaders & partners.
• Assess the feasibility of AI/ML solutions for business processes and outcomes.

• Bachelors or Master\'s degree in engineering field like computer science, Information technology or M.sc/M.Phil in Statistics / Mathematics & operations research .
• Experience in developing, implementing model as below:

• Statistical models - linear regression, logistic regression, time series analysis, multivariate statistical analysis
• Machine learning models
• Exposure to deep learning framework & natural language programming.
• Hands on knowledge in one or more of Big Data skills like - SQL, Aster, Teradata, Hadoop, SPARK, H20, Big Query

Minimum Experience

• 8+ years of Core banking experience in areas involving financial accounting and management reporting & moderate level expertise in regulatory reporting in financial sector.
• Strong technical competency in technology, reporting and business intelligence frameworks
• Experience in Power BI, SQL, Big Data platforms, financial modelling frameworks.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, critical thinking, investigative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of business, data, and systems architecture and knowledge on key systems & engines used in finance industry such as SAP, Oracle , Bloomberg , Moody\'s analytics etc.
• Experience working with management to establish effective models and reports.
• Must have exposure into Data Lakes/Azure/Big data platforms and sound knowledge in project documentation framework coupled with capability in Multi-programming languages primarily Python & R, and possible others depending on the need.
