This role requires a dynamic and organized individual to lead the events, ensuring the successful delivery of exceptional and impactful experiences.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Drive ChangeKeep a creative mindset, generate new ideas and innovate continually.Project ManagementPlan event from concept to execution, per requirements, audience and objectives, using knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to create and deliver value, on time, within scope and within budget.Budgeting and Financial PlanningKeep track of all spends, donations and contributions and ensure actuals don\'t exceed budgeted amounts.Policies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresEnsure adherence to all Group policies and procedures.Reporting Ensure that reporting of all activities and initiatives are prepared timely and accurately and meet requirements, policies, and quality standards.Job Roles and Responsibilities:-- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate engagement plan aligned with the Marcom and the bank's strategies, goals and objectives. - Identify key opportunities for events that promote FAB's brand and business objectives. - Plan, organize, and execute different type of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, activation, product launches, townhalls, networking events, and client events - Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive event planning and execution. - Engage with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, to ensure successful event outcomes. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. - Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability. - Monitor expenses and negotiate with vendors to optimize event costs. - Work with the Marketing team to develop branding materials, including invitations, agendas, and digital content. - Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements. - Ensure seamless event operations through meticulous planning and coordination. - Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of events. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and inform future event strategies.#LI-MA3QualificationsMinimum Qualification - Bachelor's/Master degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Professional certifications in event planning or management are a plus. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate event planning and management - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events and corporate engagements. - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Superior communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative and strategic thinking capabilities. - Proficiency in event management software and tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. - High level of professionalism and attention to detail. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. - Proactive and results-oriented approach.
