• Perform integration of avionics systems, components, and software into aircraft, ensuring compatibility and functionality according to engineering specifications and project requirements.
• Install and configure wiring, harnesses, connectors, and avionics equipment, following detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Conduct functional testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of integrated avionics systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with quality standards.
• Calibrate and adjust avionics equipment and systems to meet operational specifications and regulatory requirements, using specialized tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of integration activities, including test results, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and properly archived.
• Follow established quality assurance processes and procedures, conducting inspections and verifications to ensure all integration work meets company and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other technicians to coordinate integration activities, share technical information, and resolve any integration-related issues.

Education & Experience:

• Associate degree or technical certification in Avionics Technology, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong hands-on experience with avionics systems, components, and integration tools.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards, including FAA and EASA requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
