As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing audio, visual, and lighting equipment throughout our facility. This role requires a professional approach, efficient problem-solving skills, and a strong customer focus.
- Operate, maintain, and repair all audio, visual, and lighting equipment
- Respond promptly to work requests, prioritizing those related to health and safety
- Ensure optimal performance of AV and lighting equipment through regular preventive maintenance
- Evaluate and respond to equipment usage and energy efficiency concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily log books, shop drawings, and equipment catalogs
- Assist in setting up and operating AV equipment for various events and meetings
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless AV operations
- Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry best practices
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
