Are you passionate about audio-visual technology and skilled in providing top-notch technical support? Join our team as an AV Technical Support Engineer and help us deliver seamless AV solutions!

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert technical support related to commercial audio, pro audio and networking
• Design audiovisual systems of various hardware and software components that work together as one integrated system and that meet customer's specific needs
• Troubleshoot in the Pro AV On-Site, Lab at YCA or partner with internal resources to troubleshoot and identify resolution to complex issues
• Document & track support cases
• Research technical or applications support; including actual setup, connection and testing of devices and software.
• Provide accurate information to end users and dealers.
• Ensure proper integration into various audio systems and networks
• Configure or confirm proper configuration of software for various products
• Create guides and other support content for internal and published reference
• Develop and populate databases on technical support issues, applications questions, FAQs, etc
• Perform other duties and participate in projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and / or Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
• Prior experience in design or installation of audio, video, and presentation systems
• Prior Audio DSP programming experience
• Knowledge on networking hardware, network protocols, IoT, streaming protocols, video codecs, Dante
• Knowledgeable on Extron or Crestron programming as well as CAD Software and drawings
• Ability to read engineering schematics and communicate design intent
