We are seeking a talented AV Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing audio-visual systems for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AV system integration, troubleshooting, and a passion for creating seamless AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize AV systems for corporate, educational, and entertainment environments.
• Work with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and design tailored AV solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and develop system specifications.
• Configure and program AV equipment (e.g., audio systems, video walls, control systems, video conferencing, etc.).
• Perform system integration and testing to ensure functionality, quality, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the installation phase and post-installation support.
• Provide training and technical support to clients on AV system operation and usage.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging AV technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an AV Engineer or similar role in AV system design, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including audio, video, lighting, and control systems.
• Experience with AV software and hardware (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron, DSP systems).
• Familiarity with video conferencing solutions, live streaming, and broadcasting technology.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with system programming and configuration (e.g., Crestron, Control4, etc.).
• Knowledge of network infrastructure for AV (e.g., IP-based AV systems, AV-over-IP).
• Familiarity with project management software and processes.
