We at EK Kanoo are currently seeking an Automotive Workshop Controller to join our team. The Workshop Controller will play a crucial role in managing the workflow and operations within our workshop. To be successful in this role, you should possess a diploma degree in Management or a relevant field. Additionally, you should have 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in automotive workshop management. As an Automotive Workshop Controller, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient distribution of work orders to our workshop technicians. You will prioritize tasks based on urgency and estimated completion times, ensuring optimal workflow. Monitoring the progress of work orders will be essential, allowing you to identify potential delays and make necessary schedule adjustments to ensure efficient service delivery. To effectively manage resources, you will optimize technician allocation based on workload and expertise. Balancing the workload across technicians will help prevent bottlenecks and delays in completing repairs, ensuring smooth operations within the workshop. Continuous improvement is encouraged, and you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance workshop processes and workflow efficiency. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and providing valuable feedback will contribute to overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
