Job Title: Automotive Telesales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Telesales Representative with a background in both service and sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the automotive industry. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to automotive services and sales.
• Promote and sell automotive products, services, and maintenance packages to potential and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to follow up on leads and meet sales targets.
• Provide accurate and timely information on promotions, offers, and new products.
• Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally., Follow ups
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in automotive telesales, service, or related roles.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products, services, and maintenance solutions.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• High level of customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service center.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
