Automotive Spare Parts Controller
Job Description
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular audits, and ensure proper storage of parts.
• Parts Ordering & Procurement: Order parts based on demand, liaise with suppliers, and track deliveries.
• Parts Distribution: Ensure technicians have the correct parts for repairs, and organize parts by category for easy access.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all parts transactions, including orders, receipts, and returns.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet standards upon arrival.
• Customer & Workshop Support: Assist technicians and the service team with parts availability, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Reporting & Administration: Generate inventory reports, monitor parts costs, and provide data for budget tracking.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations for parts storage and handling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
