Automotive Service Manager

is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves managing service advisors, technicians, and support staff while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key responsibility:

Supervise and coordinate the service department's daily operations. Lead and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff to maintain high productivity. Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Monitor department performance, track key metrics, and implement improvements. Manage parts inventory, vendor relationships, and warranty claims. Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Oversee scheduling, work assignments, and technician training.
Qualification:

1. Proven experience as an

Automotive Service Manager

or similar role.
2 .Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, and maintenance.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and meet service goals.
5. Experience with service management software (preferred).
6. Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Must possess a valid driving license.
