Automotive Service Advisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive services and customer relationship, ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Duties
- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues and service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure clear communication
- Maintain detailed records of service orders and invoices
- Recommend additional services based on vehicle inspections
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive diagnostics
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures

Experience:
• Service Advisor /Auto sales cum service advisor: Min 3 years experience in similar job.
