8 Customs Auto Care is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Auto care services, experience as a team leader for a front office team, and the ability to manage contract services effectively. Social media experience as a representative or spokesperson is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Great customers, assess vehicle needs, and provide expert advice on necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely service and repair completion.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and keep customers informed about their vehicle's progress.
• Lead and supervise the front office team to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Collaborate on social media content creation to promote services and offers (preferred).
• Utilize dealership knowledge to handle service processes, warranties, and customer expectations (preferred).
• Conduct post-service follow-ups and resolve customer feedback effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in automotive service and dealership operations.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills for managing front office staff.
• Familiarity with service order and dealership management software.
• Experience as a social media representative or spokesperson (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic .
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and persuasive selling skills.

Sales and Convincing Skills:

• Ability to upsell services and provide persuasive recommendations for additional repairs.
• Skilled in explaining technical issues in a way that builds trust and encourages informed customer decisions.
