XA Group is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor and Estimator. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on the necessary repairs and estimating the costs associated with the services.
### Responsibilities:

+ Customer Interaction:
+ Greet customers and conduct a thorough consultation to understand their vehicle issues.
+ Clearly communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services.
+ Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
+ Technical Understanding:
+ Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, parts, and repair methods.
+ Collaborate with our skilled technicians to assess and understand the extent of repairs needed.
+ Documentation:
+ Record all customer interactions and service details accurately in the system.
+ Prepare and present written estimates to customers.
+ Customer Education:
+ Explain the importance of recommended services and repairs to customers, emphasizing safety and longevity of their vehicles.
+ Vendor Relations:
+ Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to stay informed about the latest prices and availability of car parts

### Requirements:

+ Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
+ In-depth knowledge of car parts, mechanical systems, and repair processes.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong customer service orientation.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and other team members.
+ Familiarity with automotive software and diagnostic tools.
+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
