Automotive Service Advisor
Job Description
Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
Dealing with customers and answering Customers' calls
Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
Estimation of the cost and time needed for repairs.
Prepare quotes to submit and follow up with clients to close jobs
Translating customers' repair problems into standard repair terminology
Ensure high customer satisfaction and customer retention
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
Quality Assurance in each and every auto repair task.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED33,700.00 - AED93,790.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
