Job Description
Required urgently Service Advisor - Bodyshop
1. Degree / Diploma in Automobile Engineering
2. 3-5 years experience in dealer or high end vehicles
3. Good English communication skill required
4. Good knowledge in auto body parts.
5. Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
6. Handle and resolve customer complaints and insurance company.
7. Maintain customer records and enter data in computer databases.
8. Preferably with valid UAE driving license
9. Arabic will be added an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
