As a Salesman at F1rst Motors, you will be responsible for promoting and selling luxury cars to potential customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier automotive brands and showcase your sales expertise in a high-end showroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing detailed information about luxury cars and their features.
• Understand customers' preferences and requirements, and recommend suitable car options to meet their needs.
• Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the performance and capabilities of luxury cars.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions in accordance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, luxury car models, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the showroom's sales strategies and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury car brands, models, features, and market trends.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a target-oriented sales environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the luxury brand image.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
