As we expand into both local and international markets, we are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Industry Expert to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets in local and international markets.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships to expand the company's reach.
• Drive revenue growth by maximizing sales performance and ensuring effective execution of sales plans.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Market Analysis and Insights:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship:
• Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve performance excellence.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sales department.
• Reporting and Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience minimum 2 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of tyre, lubricant, auto spare parts, or used car markets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Proficiency in analyzing market data and forecasting sales trends.
• Experience in expanding sales operations to international markets is a plus.
• Preferably male
