Are you a car enthusiast with a knack for providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs

- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate cost estimates for repairs

- Schedule appointments and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services

- Maintain detailed vehicle records to track service history and ensure proper documentation

- Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, including those received through social media platforms

- Offer additional services and maintenance recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

- Solid knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance practices

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in a similar role is preferred

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• PDR Services, Detailing: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English and arabic (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
