Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting various vehicles to restore or enhance their appearance. You should have extensive knowledge of painting techniques, color matching, and vehicle surface preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare vehicles for painting by removing rust, sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces.

- Mix and match paint to achieve the desired color and finish.

- Apply primer and paint coats using spray guns, ensuring smooth and even coverage.

- Perform touch-ups and final polishing to ensure high-quality finishes.

- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and customer expectations.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper handling of paints and chemicals.

- Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Keep up-to-date with new painting technologies and techniques.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a vehicle spray painter or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of spray painting techniques, materials, and tools.

- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.

- Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately.

- Physical stamina and ability to work in standing positions for long periods.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
